Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lexington NW-The Vineyard, an IHG Hotel

I travel for grandchildren and this will be the only hotel I stay in from here out. Breakfast was really good. I've stayed twice now and the staff is super friendly. No one walks past without acknowledgement. I love it here

We stayed here while visifo3family in the area. It is a quiet place to stay. No crowd at all. Breakfast was good.

Reserved 1 room and 1 suite. Arrived 30 mins after check-in time, staff said "no rooms available, we will put you on a list". Apparently they weren't clean yet? We were able to get into room an hour 15 mins after check in, leaving us about 15 minutes to get dressed for the wedding we were attending. Got back after the wedding, they said that they didn't have another room available b/c the maids left at 5, didn't have time to clean it. Our baby and babysitter were upstairs in the other room, so I told them I would clean the freaking room but we weren't moving the baby at 11:00. They found another room, 2 queens. Place was clean and fairly nice, but the staff blamed issues on everyone else, using terms like "Well I just got here" and "I got here and walked into a mess". There were THREE front desk staff at this hotel both times I went to desk. Why wouldn't they roll up their sleeves and clean rooms for customers who ALREADY PAID. Single worst hotel experience of my life. Also, general manager is kind of hard to get up with.

We were there for my nephew's wedding at Childress' Vineyards. The wedding party and family members all stayed there. The kids enjoyed the pool and family chatted in the lobby/dining area and warmed by the fireplace. Eating breakfast each morning with everyone was great.

We stayed two non-consecutive nights and we absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and comfortable, the view from the back was spectacular, the kids loved the warm indoor pool area, the breakfast was adequate, with numerous options, the mattresses were comfortable, the location was great. We have no complaints.
