Hampton Inn Winston-Salem Hanes Mall

We checked in for an overnight stay to see family on the way to vacation. This hotel chain is one of my favorites. The rooms definitely needed an upgrade. They were depressing. There was someone staying with a dog across the hall and all you heard was the dog barking. That gave me cause for concern because usually, people traveling with pets are sometimes limited to a specific area of the hotel. Unfortunately, during the 24hrs, we encountered a flooded toilet in the early morning of our departure. The concierge could only provide us towels and a mop with no bucket until maintenance arrived later that morning. For the inconvenience, I did receive an adjustment for my one night. I will say this, the concierge was warm and friendly as well as the additional staff that i did encounter.

Property was extremely busy with lots of children. Breakfast time was not very enjoyable.

My daughter and I had the best experience for a little Mother's Day getaway. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. The sweet lady at breakfast was just so funny and fruendly. We also really loved the beds and how they decorated the pool area. Comfortable lounge chairs with pillows and towels. They even had a bunch of awesome water toys for the kiddos. We love Hampton Inn. You guys rock!

This was the friendliest staff. A young man at the pool engaged and played with our grandkids, Patty in the breakfast room served and made us feel welcomed. The little welcoming signs throughout the property made us feel we were appreciated and we enjoyed our stay

The timenof stay there was a family reunion there as well we were put on the floor with those guests so at night it was kinda loud

Auntie Lisa at the front desk and Ms Pat back in the lobby dining area were extremely sweet to my kiddos! Stay was great and exciting for them thanks so much!
