Comfort Suites Hanes Mall

Check in was alright. We were given fresh linens for the pull out couch. Beds comfy, pull our couch was horrible. Desk called before 9 telling us that the room below was complaining of loudness.. we banned the kids to the beds as their footsteps seemed to agrivate the guests below that were trying to "check their blood pressure"... we are A+ guests as per all our host reviews so this was a first. The pool was no longer open which was a huge bummer for the kids on a travel day when that is what we were hoping for when we booked our stay. We would have went elsewhere otherwise. Went to the breakfast bar, at least 4 begals were growing mold. I removed them and gave them to the kitchen staff so that no other guest would accidentally take, but i feel this should be addressed. Unfortunately the breakfast bar was not as discribed, however it was breakfast. Check out was fine. Unfortunately i dont think we will be staying at comfort suites in the future.

I was very disappointed about the system going down on 7-19-24 Me and my family travel 5hrs to only arrive at the hotel and couldn't check in . We slept in our car . My son had to be at his College at Winston Salam at 8am . We didn't get any rest . So i stay was a nightmare.

Nice place!. Well located and good for the price point. Definitely worth a return trip. Staff was friendly and professional. They did a great job of handling large family groups, yet the rooms were quiet.

I really enjoyed my stay and my children had a good time at the pool. The room and the bathroom were clean.

We had a great time. It is a convenient location. Unfortunately my kids did miss the pool, but having other fun activities to do with them close by made up for it. Thank you to the staff for being very nice.

Great hotel for traveling with multiple family members track meet in town. It was great.

We were in the room near the breakfast bar and check in and it was very quiet!!! It was great for me to get a shower and some sleep from being at the hospital with a family for 3 days.

Much needed rest after a long road trip. Very comfortable for my husband and I and our toddler

I’ve had very mixed luck here and this was on the bad side. The people are always amazing which I love. But when we got off the elevator on the 4th floor at 10 pm there was a full on construction site with power tools, ripped up carpet and floorboards and even power tools. Nothing was neatly placed and frankly it was a large hazard. I got into my room with a king size bed and the box spring was exposed with nothing over it. The bed had three pillows that were so small I toddler would have needed extra. They had no comfort to them and didn’t even feel like real pillows. Honestly I slept less than 3 hours
