Comfort Suites Salisbury I-85

I had to give it 3 stars because for the amount of money I paid to stay there it wasn’t worth it… A few things I didn’t like and noticed was this: - House keeping did not clean our room well, threw the trash cans all crazy in our room, fridge was disgusting when we first checked in and I had to clean in myself and buy some cleaning supplies. I don’t mind but I paid for the service and cleaning and was disappointed. The only good thing they did was provide the towels because not even the bed was done. - the bathtub and shower were spouting from both end so I got wet while trying to shower my toddler, it was also clogged and filling up even through the drain plug was off - the breakfast was stale and rock solid (especially the honey buns) I tried feeding it to my daughter only to discover that it was completely solid which means it went bad and stale For $114 a night I was expecting better and I was very disappointed. I can’t say I would come back for another visit honestly, it wasn’t a horrible experience but it also wasn’t a good one and feel that I’ve been scammed of my money for what we experienced. - front desk was really nice, that was really the only thing good about the whole location.

My family appreciated the quiet of the hotel and the fact that we can have our autistic grandson with us and can on the sofa bed. We've stayed at this property before and will continue to do so as we visit Salisbury for the JW Assembly we attend.

Our third time staying here and we plan to come back! We won't stay anywhere else. We have stayed as a family and also just as a couple and both have been amazing

My wife and I stayed for one night going to a family Christmas party. The hotel was perfect. Great location we had to get back on 85 to go home.

It was very clean, reasonably priced and close to my family

Nice hotel just had no heat the whole stay kids and I were cold. I called front desk about it kept saying someone would check still no heat the whole stay was not comfortable

We were so excited to have our family and friends travel to see the Polar Express. When we arrived at 3:45, the lady at the front desk said that are rooms weren’t ready. She didn’t even check to see, or ask us our name. I asked her to please check and when she did, what do you know, they were ready. So there was an immediate stress put on us from the moment we walked in. I bought 2 rooms btw. Then while she was checking us in she kept trying to sell me and my friend merchandise that was obviously stolen. Jewelry and Versace perfume. I felt immediately unsure if our belongings would be safe in our room. So when we left for the night, we made sure to take everything with us. It was extremely unprofessional. There was nothing comfortable about our stay at all. The room was ok other than the insane amount of roaches you would see on the walls when the lights were on. This made it very hard to relax and sleep. All I know is when I check my bags, all my stuff better be there 😡 Next time we will be staying at a different hotel.
