Quality Inn & Suites

We had to leave our home because of Hurricane Helene and this hotel was so accommodating for me and my family. Anything we needed they provided and were so nice about it. I highly recommend this place.

I stay here every trip to Lexington for business. When i walked in and saw Heather it was like seeing family. She is always friendly and helpful. As a woman traveling alone it is comforting to see a friendly and familiar face. Thank you.

We found this motel to be a clean and comfy place to stay for the two nights we needed to attend a family get together close by. The folks who worked at the motel were friendly and competent. I was impressed by the cleanliness and well designed accommodations.

This is a very nice and clean place to stay. Close to food places and shopping, easy on and off the highway. Has an outside pool that I did not get a chance to enjoy due to visiting family in the area. Will definitely stay again. Very friendly staff.

Room was very dirty bathroom disgusting would not let my kids shower or bath all vending machines broken staff no help

Great place for a short getaway from the kids , jacuzzi room was very relaxed by, Loved the pillows and beds.

I paid for 2 queen beds because my uncle had his wife and her 15 yr. When they got to the gotel they told me they gave the room away to a single person. So they gave my uncle her room which is 1 bed and gave the child a cot who is 6'2 which he didnt fit on. Very upset because they said they couldn't do anything else.

Disgusting. I should have left when I saw a roach crawling on the bed and something sticky on the floor. But I was tired so I killed the roach and got in bed. The next morning when I threw back the covers there was a half empty bottle of “recreational hemp” between the bottom and top sheet. So obviously the bed sheets were not changed after the last guest. Gross. This is also dangerous for pets and small children. When I told the desk clerk, she told me she would report this to the manager and that the manager would call me that day. 72 hours later and still no call!! This hotel charges an additional $75 fee for even a small dog. However, it was quite clear that they don’t do any extra cleaning to “pet friendly” rooms and it appeared the vinyl plank floors had not even been cleaned before my check in. I travel frequently but this will be my last stay at any Quality Inn.
