Quality Inn Selma

We arrived at 8pm and they had given our 3 rooms away. 8pm isn’t late and we had 6 kids with us. We were out of town for a basketball tournament and had taken us 12 hours to get there due to traffic. We had to find somewhere else to stay and it cost us more than double the price last minute

Good overnight stop for the family, room was clean. Good options at the breakfast bar.

Staff did not honor handicap king room due to having my child with us… stated it was against NC statute to have 3 people in that room did not consider the 3rd guest was a little girl and the king room was to have king bed and sofa bed requested handicap room due to limited mobility so she put us in double room clear at the other end of the hotel then when I took my daughter to swim she yelled at her to get out of the pool because of rain it was barely sprinkling then later we were in the pool another father was in the pool with his daughter it rained again and she didn’t say anything she was rude and we looked up NC statute which was not true as she stated she was consistently rude to us worst service I’ve ever received will never stay there again
