SpringHill Suites by Marriott Greensboro

The suite was perfect for our family. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool. Many dinner options close by.

Just a one night stop but me and my family enjoyed. Very close to everything we was looking to do. My kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely return back.

Travel with my grown children and grandson for his AA. U tournament very convenient to place where we played friendly staff. Nice. Quiet area will definitely stay again.

My family and I didn’t enjoy our stay here. The hotel seems old and dirty. We didn’t have a good sleep as you can hear everything through the walls and other guests were loud, slamming doors, screaming on the hallways until late at night. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Best Hotel I’ve stayed at in a while, indoor pool for the kids and excellent staff

Clean property… and close to everything!! Nice rooms, breakfast definitely could of been better, not a lot of options very basic and I didn’t like that how the kids were running back in forth down the hall all night! And how the kids were in the pool going crazy

I stay with my family for one night and was great

Great place to stay, rooms were big, kids loved the indoor pool. Close to the hwy and plenty of stuff to do.

We were very upset to check in and learn the pool wasn’t open. My kids really wanted to swim during our stay.

The front desk caused alot of unnecessary avoidable confusion. She kept telling my family who are not computer savy and calls me for everything that they “accidentally” booked two rooms. My auntie automatically went into panic mode and was proceeding to call Expedia. Hotels always quick and ready to redirect customers to Expedia when they don’t book directly through the hotel to avoid actually doing their job !!!! After a HOUR of confusion, the FRONT DESK LADY discovered that she made a mistake and was looking at the booking wrong. That’s unacceptable. People book rooms and be ready to relax especially after a long travel. That was totally unacceptable. It was her mistake all along and I knew that from the beginning but my family didn’t understand how the process work but I do and I knew from the beginning she was doing something wrong ON HER END BUT SHE CAUSED A VERY STRESSFUL situation that could have been avoided if she would have did her job accurately. Tighten up !
