Quiet location and clean, comfortable room. I was on the first floor and heard a child running back and forth and bouncing a ball in the room above me for several hours.

It was too noisy. There was kids and adults acting crazy in the hallway until about three 4 o’clock this morning. It was too much and I was on a business trip and when I booked my room online, I booked a king size and my room was given to somebody else, and I was given a double, and that’s not what I requested Especially coming to this hotel for the first time it was to much

We had a family emergency at Cone Hospital. We decided late to stay the night. I had no trouble getting a handicap room.

The property itself was clean however upon coming back from shopping Saturday night, the entire 3rd floor which is where we were smelt like marijuana. Some of the guests staying at the hotel made me feel uneasy especially traveling alone with children.

Nice place to stay. Located in a great place, not far from the Greensboro Coliseum area and near the highway. This hotel, along with several other hotels near it, is fairly new. No complaints about the staff, very friendly. The room? Clean, in good condition, and a bit spacious. Nice selection of TV channels, a big plus if you have kids or like sports. The building was nice, clean and everything seemed to work well. Didn't walk around the grounds much, but what i did see seemed to be in good order. Parking? Easy. Despite being almost sold out for the ACC Tournament, there was room to park. The area? Nice and easy, located off Gate City Blvd. not far from numerous restaurants, stores, and the Coliseum area. Also, just a few minutes drive from UNCG and Downtown Greensboro. This area of Greensboro was once a bit sketchy, but in the last few years a number of new hotels have been built to replace the older and more run down hotels. This hotel is one of those, it's somewhat new and it was a nice stay. One thing: the breakfast options were small, and almost NO gluten free options. If you depend on hotels for your morning food, you might want to plan to eat at one of the close restaurants or bring something. Overall, a nice hotel and would stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for a week while we were looking for an apartment in Greensboro. The staff members were great and friendly, the whole place was clean, and the room was pretty big and included a mini fridge and microwave which worked out great for us. The hotel is in a prime spot, close to restaurants and main roads to get pretty much anywhere in town, but located far enough off the road to avoid any noise pollution. Overall a great place to stay in Greensboro and we will recommend it to our friends and family when they come down to visit!

After a six hour drive we pulled in late in the evening to find no staff at the hotel! Lobby was open with a candle burning on the counter, but could not find a single employee. My wife and I both walked around the property and found no one. We called the phone number several times and it just rang and rang. We called hotels.com and they couldn’t get ahold of anyone either. After waiting over an hour we gave up and went to the hotel across the street and booked a room for nearly double the price just to get a few hours sleep. To say this was a disappointing would be an understatement! I’m thankful I wasn’t charged, but I still ended up having to pay a lot more money which I wasn’t compensated for. Absolutely ridiculous! Thankful the hotel across the way had a room or we would have been sleeping in the car with our kids!

Placed in a handicap room next to the stairwell. Every time the stairwell door opened, it would slam shut, shaking the headboard in the room. You can hear all of the footsteps in the stairwell as well as the conversations. We were there for multiple nights and a field trip of middle school students came who were pretty much unchaperoned and allowed to play hide and seek all night long. I complained to the desk about the noise multiple times and was only given the answer “well, they’re kids.” That’s not acceptable for the rest of the guests who are staying there. This affected my sleep for three nights during the trip. The room felt dirty, especially the bathroom. The desk clerk told me the housekeepers who work the main floor were not working the day we checked in, which seems completely off. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel and I would unlikely choose this chain after my experience.
