Comfort Inn Greensboro - Kernersville

Got to be on the first floor which made it easier with little ones. Front desk was friendly and always ready. Laundry room was great. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Clean rooms and hotel. Parking was great. Overall no complaints, great stay.

Everything was great except having to go out in the hall at 11:30pm at night and tell a family group that we were trying to sleep and the hallway was not an appropriate area for their kids to be running and screaming. Loved the pool!

Great experience at Comfort Inn in Greensboro. Easy check in, great staff, clean room, comfortable, pleased with large bathroom. Pleased with the breakfast selections. This is second year we have stayed here when visiting family. No complaints. Hope to stay there next time we are in the area. Great location.

I wanted something like this and for my family to feel comfortable in their stay, first of all an incredible view and well attended, they gave us a pleasant welcome, the girl at the reception found me a cart to carry our luggage up. When I opened the room everything was clean and in order and smelled clean, everything was organized, the hallways smelled clean and very quiet. The delicious included breakfast has fruits, milk, yogurt, juices, cereals, waffles, eggs, bacon and much more. Empty and free parking spaces. We have been to other hotels but we liked this one a lot and I would come here again, I spent a couple of days checking hotels in Greensboro and this was the one chosen and we had a very good choice.

First off, I booked this room because it had decent reviews and it was within my budget. I booked for a weekend, so 2 nights. When I got to the hotel, the man at the front desk wasn't friendly at all. I checked in and went to my room. The hallway had a weird smell but I proceeded to my room. When I got to the room, it was very outdated, there was paint peeling on the walls, the desk chair was torn and I was in an adjoining room. I'm a single mom with 2 kids so I didn't feel comfortable with the adjoining room. I cleaned up but the room still didn't feel clean to me. I left for the event I came in town for and called expedia to let them know I didn't want to stay in the room and after a long call, I was only given $25 credit out of the $218 I paid and was told I would get my refund in 72 hours. Well, I was just told today that my refund request was denied! I've never had a bad experience with Expedia until now. I wouldn't refer this hotel to anyone

Me and my family traveled out of town to stay one night here. Upon entering we were greeted by the front desk associate who was very polite. Check in was smooth and they even had a free hydration station for guest. The room was a little small as we booked a double Queen but it was very clean and smelled like fresh bleach. The beds were comfortable and the room came with a microwave and a mini fridge. The breakfast was good with one meat option. You had the option to choose something hot or grab and go. This particular day it was sausage. I don’t have any complaints, we slept well. See pictures enclosed below.

We stayed here one night as part of a family trip. The guy checking us in didn't say one word to us other than telling me to initial and sign a form. The hotel was run down and dirty. We had a nice trail of dry blood on the counter in our bathroom and the shower was disgusting. The bathroom smelled like urine and had a large, open crack in the shower wall. We definitely won't stay here again.

Stayed with my two kids and husband the fridge wasn’t cold the microwave didn’t have a place to connect to plug have to put in floor to warm my babies milk and the worst no hot water to shower and the didn’t provide options to relocate after acknowledging of the situation

Really good place to stay me and our family always choose this hotel to stay.
