Hotel was great, convenient location for lots of restaurants and fast food. It’s also located right off the highway which was easy to access. The rooms were very clean. The only negative was that I had requested a crib during check in for our one year old baby but we’re told by the front desk they only had 1 and it was in use. I understand they are first come first served but only having 1 seems quite inadequate. Needless to say, my baby nor I got much sleep without her having a crib. The front desk offered extra blankets which I used to make a bed on the floor. It was very frustrating as I’ve never had a hotel not have a crib available and we were unable to travel with a portable crib.

Staff and room itself was good. 2 things unfortunately. 1. The continental breakfast is wildly overcomplicated and overpriced. 2. There's literally a homeless campsite in the wooded area adjacent to the hotel with a mattress, alcohol bottles and garbage. I felt unsafe letting my family walk the dog without me present.

This is by far the worst stay in a Hilton. When I first arrived at the front desk, there were three employees at the desk, one on the business phone, and the other two on their personal cell phones. I was only greeted with a hand motion from the employee on the business phone, and eye contact from the other two employees. Once the employee finished on the phone, I was asked for my name and handed a room key with a piece of paper wrapped around it (see photo) and told that the elevator is around the corner. I was not told anything about the hotel, whether breakfast or coffee was included, or asked if I needed anything additional. The rooms were dingy, had an old smell and needs major updates. The bathroom showed signs of rust in the shower/bath tub (see photos). No hotel with a rate of $200 a night should look or smell this way. Unable to capture the smell of the bed comforter through photos. My child is an incoming freshman at a NC college nearby, so I will be visiting the area quite frequently from the DC area, and definitely will not be staying here again.
