We reserved a room with 2 doubles, family of 3. They only had king bed rooms left. My husband, myself and my grown daughter made it work for 2 nights because we were so busy but found another hotel with double beds for the remainder of our trip. Room was clean but we did not receive what we reserved or paid for, so obviously we were disappointed and would not recommend this hotel. Also, there was no bottle water available to purchase, only soda and the tap water was awful.

The pool is not open. And they do some construction in the building in the morning. Early too much noise, can I sleep? And the housekeeper came to the room. knocking the door around 9 AM and a have 4 children sleeping in the room, she wake them up.

Listen, it's under a big renovation people 😂 you people leaving bad reviews must have stayed at a different place because aside from the one grumpy clerk who clearly did not want to hear another question about the pool, my family had a really good stay. But I really need a representative to get in touch with me about a lost hearing aid!!! My son lost his left ear hearing aid, it's black and purple swirled. I've already left two messages. Please help me find my kids hearing aid! Insurance doesn't pay for them unless it's been 5 years. I can't go 5 years with him not hearing anything...

The hotel was fine…the included breakfast was convenient for the family and kids liked it. They had an outside pool which is a part of why we choose this hotel…however while using the pool a man came walking in the unlocked gate in full clothes and jumped in the pool clearly using this as a “shower” swam for a few and then walked right out down the street! Just grossed me out to know how often this is done knowing anyone can have access and how unsanitary the pool probably is! My three child there swimming at the time and it made me feel uneasy.

Traffic from highway way too loud to sleep. A/c also too loud and stopped working. Had to switch rooms at 11:00 pm with kids after multiple attempts to fix. Tile in shower was stained. Wall by a/c unit falling apart. Tv was impossible. We finally found a channel at 87-2?? No channel lists or info in room. Bar was out of wine. Nicely decorated. Staff was friendly. Would not stay there again.

The family and were in town for NCAT's New Student Orientation. Check-in and check out were a breeze. Breakfast was sufficient and filling. Location was within 10mins of eateries and stores. Would stay here again.
