You get what you pay for. The facility could use a little love. It is family run and the family is doing the best they can.

I noticed the “A” sanitary condition at the front desk. Omg, how did they earn “A”? Smell like grandpa’s room. Dirty floor and walls. Very noisy air conditioner in the room. Not enough towels for the family. I’m just thankful that there was no bed bugs on bed…

For the most part this was a good hotel stay. However, I did have one issue. When I arrived at my room it was quite warm. I tried turning up the AC and it made a little noise for 5 minutes with no cool air coming out. I called the front desk and they suggested I give it some time. I went out to dinner with other family members and when I came back it was still quite warm. I called and was told that someone would come up and check. I re-packed what I'd taken out and waited. 20 minutes later no one had come and I called again. I was told the same thing. 40 minutes and another call after my first call someone finally came, checked the AC unit and took me to another room where the AC works well. The shower head in the shower booth shoots the water so that it hits the opposite wall at almost waste high so it was a little hard to rinse off everywhere. The free breakfast was so-so, but once I had a room with decent AC I was okay.

The check in process was smooth. We checked in very late with our 2 little ones. When entering the room it smelled and felt musty. The fan and air were not on. So of course that was the first thing we did. Well the fan blew air but there was NO AIR conditioning coming out. We thought it might take a little while to kick on... 2 am rolls around and still no air. The next morning, the young man at the desk had no clue what to do and just seemed emotionless about the situation. Unfortunately we did not have time to speak with the manager because of our early morning flight. The morning we checked out, their internet was not working either so they could not check us out using a computer.
