The staff made sure my family and I had everything we needed. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful as well. This property is very disability positive. They really care about their customers.

We were traveling with an infant, and when we realized we did not have hot water in our shower the options given were to send a repairman who would wake up our child, or move rooms late at night while she was asleep. They offered no other choices and refused to cooperate when I contacted hotels.com about the issue. The door to the side of our building also did not work during our stay, so we had to go out of our way to get to and from the car. If they had offered anything reasonable about the water situation I would not have been upset, but the lack of care was clear; they were busy that weekend, and we weren’t important.

Staff was very attentive! Nice variety for the Continental Breakfast available. Did not have a fan in bathroom so mirrors stayed steamy after showers. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. My elderly parents & I slept like babies.

We stayed twice at this property. Once to stay the night before we flew out and once when we returned. Initially, our familly of 4 all received the advertised "warm cookie". It was delicious & our room was ready an hour early. Wonderful experience. The second stay was not. The shuttle picked up the flight crew from the airport and questioned us twice if we were sure we were supposed to go to the same hotel. We had to show him our rsvp in order to get on the shuttle. When we arrived, cookies for the kids not for us. We were told the breakfast was complimentary, when it was not. Room did not have the double beds we booked. The second night tainted our view of the hotel.

Great stay! We had our baby with us and they were very accommodating and provided us an infant crib.
