Very nice property. We stayed so we were close to the airport and the kids wanted to swim. What we didn’t know is the pool was closed. They should have let us know

Great family hotel

A quick overnight local to our home and this place was great. We asked for a room away from others as we were traveling with two small kids and our dog and they accommodated so well. We heard— and hopefully disturbed!— no one! The suite was huge and well appointed. Bed comfy. Everything clean!

Guys at the front desk & shuttle were the best - very congenial & accommodating. Room was clean & nice (great for families..lots of space). Breakfast Only complaint- please steam-clean the carpets!

The front desk guy I talked to on the phone prior to arrival was super friendly and made me excited to stay there. The check-in staff, however, was not friendly. Our room for 6 had two towels and when I asked for more, the request was not well received. I had to explain why we needed more towels. Six people are not sharing bath towels. Rude breakfast staff. Alarms going off in the night (not the hotel’s fault… some kids pulled the alarm and broke it. Just an unfortunate event) Pull out bed wouldn’t come out. Had to request help to bend the bars so it would open (we have a similar pull-out at home and are familiar with what it takes to open one) Swimming pool was disgusting due to soggy exploded diapers. This is not the hotel’s issue, but rather, hotel guests. Large Costco sized bottles of alcohol were being serving from by hotel guests and they were so drunk. Glass shouldn’t be in the pool area. Again, this was a guest problem, not staff. Hotel attracts the riff raff.

Excellent stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Breakfast was great. I had two rooms. My daughter traveled with an infant and they provided a crib for baby. I’d stay here again.

Great stay! Perfect for our family if 6! Loved the suite with 2 bedrooms!! Lots of room and privacy. Breakfast was decent too. All the workers were very friendly and helpful when we needed something. Would certainly come back again!!

I was disappointed because it was different room from the room I reserved. We were supposed to spend time with our family in one room, but we were split into two rooms.

Weather was great, pool area was nice. Staff was super friendly, King room fit 2 adults and 3 kids perfect. Randy’s pizza was great and delivered poolside. Excellent one night stay.
