Unfortunately, I was not too happy that the toilet in the room I got was semi-clogged. The room overall was not bad, but the facilities were, with only one elevator in working condition near the lobby. They knew we were four in my family, yet they only gave us 3 towels. I guess this is what differentiates a four star hotel than a three. The level of detail that this Sheraton Hotel lacks.

I was impressed upon arrival and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was out all day but the next morning when i was trying to take a shower the shower was broken and to add insult to injury i encountered a baby roach that i had to kill in the bathroom.
