Went and stayed for a few days, with my husband and 2 children. Great experience!

The team at Hyatt House made our three night stay for a graduation just wonderful. We had a group of 16 people and from check in to departure, they were exceptional in their service to our family. We loved our stay and will be back in the future. Thank you!

The First, Worst, and Last experience ever with this hotel! I wouldn’t dare recommend any family or friends to stay here!

I really enjoyed the King size bed. Also loved the kitchen which allowed me to cook dinners for my family during our stay. The tub was also a great size for a warm bubble bath.

Kids were unsupervised throughout the day and were running through the halls and shouting, and running up to and hopping and playing in elevators, this was during the cricket match. Kids being kids but no adults to guide them, and tell them they may be disturbing others in hotel, over 50 children.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Best customer service we have had at a hotel. We were travelling with 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs and everyone was so friendly, helpful and accomdating. The room was perfect, we didnt feel on top of each other in the studio.

Hotel was clean and pleasant. Breakfast staff was helpful. Our room's thermostat was 80°F when we checked in and the TV was on, as well as a couple of mugs left outside the door, so that was weird. Shower knob appeared broken and tricky to turn the water off. Also had to request sheets for the pull out sofa because they were missing. Utensils were missing as well; there were no spoons in the kitchenette. Someone was jumping up and down repeatedly in the room above us that awoke me early in the morning. That's never happened to me before and the room was supposed to be soundproof. I contemplated asking to move rooms, but it was too much of a hassle at that point, and thankfully the noise was absent the next morning. I actually love Hyatt hotels as I have fond memories of our local one in Bethesda... family always held events there. I guess we were just assigned a bad room, and you get what you pay for. Probably should think twice next time about booking online as well, as I've read that if you're not a rewards member, they give guests who book online the crappy rooms first. Otherwise, no other problems... Hotel was easy to access, parking was ample at the time of our stay, and comfy bed and clean room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, however the hotel cleanliness could have been better. There were urine stains and food crumbs on the bed. Staff were helpful and were able to get my family another room.

My room had and ants, the ac barely worked, and the front desk associate was on the phone the entire time. I noticed ants near their breakfast buffet and had to refuse to eat because of it. I asked the front desk staff where a park was for my child and she responded “there are some around here.” Just an unclean, unsatisfactory stay. I wish I stayed somewhere else with my family.
