Quality Inn Cherokee

Sitting on the balcony and watching the Geese Parents with there 2 babies. And watching the river roll by. The only thing that puzzled me there was no microwave n room. Other than that I have no complaints.

Our stay was great. We were a little put off by the lack of back up generator when we loss power for 5 hours, and the lack of elevator to get down to the pool and breakfast room. That was a struggle with an infant (had to walk out the front of the hotel and around the side and down some halls to access the pool and breakfast room each time). The breakfast was nice (don't expect grade A food) and the attendant Esmelda was incredible. She worked so hard and was so pleasant and never complained as she worked it all on her own. Sunday night's front desk attendant was unpleasant and rude, and un-helpful. She stated that the pool was closed (at 8:35 pm) but there was still a family swimming until well after 10pm and that was so hurtful to my 5 year old that wanted to swim so bad and kept hearing them out in the pool. Great location, clean and overall, a great stay!
