Great hotel, only stayed one night and wished we stayed longer. There was a lot to do for both adults and kids. It was clean. Tips- take advantage of the valet it’s included, I did not know that and also find out which tower you are in so you can check in at the right place and not have to repark.

The housekeepers and valet workers are amazing. Helpful and genuinely cared. We come from mother's Day and my dad's birthday. Our family had a blast. But it is the housekeepers and valet that really made it special because they genuinely cared about my parents needs and help them get in and out of the vehicles and help them with towels in the room and taking out the trash. When you do arrive the small fee that you have to pay you might as well double that. But once you leave they say you get half of it back. The fee was supposed to be $112 each room, And I ended up having to pay $225 per each room that I got. W mmhen it was supposed to be 112 per each room. Luckily I had enough putting my savings that I could pay for that reimbursement fee. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Larry the house keeper was really nice, we appreciate you guys!!!

I bought tickets to see the Cirque musica show for my grandchildren. I wasn't exactly sure what I'd find for them to do for the rest of the weekend as I've only come to Cherokee to gamble previously. I must say they had a ball! The bowling alley, arcade and indoor swimming provided them (& us) all the fun they needed. My only suggestion is that having some "kid friendly" AND Vegetarian options to most of the restaurants would be very beneficial.

Get some adult sized toilets in rooms and public restrooms. The toilets are the same size my friend that owns a kindergarten school has for his young children. Way too many hidden charges until arrival. Lack of luggage racks for self service. Way too expensive. Everyone is not a high rollers. Lack of direction signs. First and last trip.

I liked the gambling facilities I hated that hot water came out of both faucets in the bathroom That they could not accommodate my requests for an accessible room That the only way to get around was by scooter and a lengthy set of elevators That they could not give me food for my special needs That our entire family was infected with COVID That the hotel was so large that you couldn’t even talk to anyone My family will never go back and I want my money back

Overpriced. Lazy staff. Self check in kiosks weren’t working. Hostess behind desk knew this and didn’t mention it, so it took 30 mins to check in because she wanted to over do it with the kid standing in front of us. Failed to tell us you needed key card to operate elevator. Room was hard to find because room nos were scattered about and not in order. Second floor soco parking tower elevator yeah can was overflowing into the floor with trash. We accidentally left our car lights on over night and security would not help for a jump. Wouldn’t give this place anymore of my money . Hard to find anything to eat inside for a reasonable price late. Overpriced. Even vending drinks were 4 dollars.

The room was beautiful and the hotel was grand and inviting. However there was a another section of the hotel that was discovered by my family into late in our trip. I feel guest should be told about this section early in their trip so they can also enjoy the new tower.
