This is an EXCELLENT property! The only issue during our stay was housekeeping came in the room but didn’t clean anything! My kids took a bath, and the tub still had the salts from the night before, the sheets weren’t changed and wash cloths weren’t replenished. The toilet push flusher was filthy from previous guests. However, the front desk staff and Valets were AWESOME! Our room was gorgeous! This will be our hotel of choice for all future visits to Charlotte!

There were screws left on the window sill so luckily I id not have children with me. There was bedding left under the curtain telling me it was not cleaned thoroughly. I was supposed to get a free bottle of bubbly as a Hotels.com Silver member which they didn't know about and i had to go down and ask. then received only an individual sized bottle!

We had a great 1 night stay at this hotel while taking a family trip from nyc to Florida. Our suite was very clean and specious for a family of 4 and our dog. We had an amazing breakfast in a really unique beautiful restaurant that was a part of the hotel. Everyone was super nice and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again if we go to Charlotte

I absolutely love this hotel!!! The staff is very friendly and the decor is absolutely stunning. I’m definitely recommending this hotel to family/ friends visiting the area.
