Beautiful entrance with both an indoor and outdoor pool. Lots of families were enjoying the pool upon check in. Fast check in and friendly service. Room was perfect and the bed was super comfortable.

The kids loved the indoor/out door pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the on site dining was very convenient after a long day at a soccer tournament.

The hotel property and staff were great. There was a large group of inconsiderate adults and children running up and down the halls slamming doors and screaming until 1am even after being asked to be considerate. They were animals who have never stayed at a hotel. Other than that, our stay was fine.

We didn't like the extremely thin walls. We could hear the children next door screaming and the man in that room coughing all night.

Room was very clean and looked over indoor pool. Only down fall was end of hall room across from maid storage close. Maids were very noisy at 7:30am. Banging Service carts and yelling in Spanish down the hallway to other maids/staff. Breakfast buffet was pricey $16.95, for what looked to be just standard Continental options that other hotels include with room rate. Lobby was very nice with fireplace, TVs and internet area. location was ideal for our Thanksgiving visit to be with family.

We chose it for closeness to Biltmore Estate and pet friendly. It turns out pet friendly means putting all pets together on the 2nd floor and this just leads to dogs barking when they hear other dogs. Way to noisy for the price of the rooms. And, sports facility next door meant way too much noise from sport teams kids. Pool and hot tub packed with kids. Would not stay here again.
