We stayed in what may have been the last night of the hotel. Helene came through the very next night and did a dance on Ashville. We hope the staff are all safe and that of their families. The hotel was first rate. Highly recommend it if it survived.

Check-in was quick, but we did check in about 5:00ish. Staff was friendly. Room and property was clean. Breakfast was good. I stayed with my family on a leisure trip to the area. We chose this property because it is across the street from the outlets.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. I like it’s convenient location. The only issue I had was the moodiness of the room next to mine. The people in the adjoining room were just incredibly loud at all hours: loud conversations, screaming kids, etc. For future bookings, maybe save those adjoining rooms for people that need them. At least ask the customer if they’re okay staying in one knowing the noise level will likely be higher.

It was great! Convenient location and very comfortable bed! The staff was very friendly and the hot bar breakfast was amazing. Too bad there were a large group of baseball little league kids and it was a bit loud. Kids using the hot tub unsupervised as if it was a pool and running around the hotel.

We took a family post Christmas trip and it was amazing! We had 3 rooms and they were all very comfortable and clean. Everyone slept great. The Covid breakfast was wonderful and the 2 ladies taking care of us were wonderful and so friendly. Great fitness room as well. Easy to get around Asheville!
