We booked this hotel as part of a longer road trip and were very pleased with the accommodations. The hotel was in a nice area with several restaurants in close vicinity. The room was clean and comfortable with a very nice tv, but a little cramped for a family of four + luggage. Rich at the front desk was super friendly and made the check in process a breeze!

The decoration/furniture was very homey and relaxing. I enjoyed the 24 hour coffee/Tea also one night there was also cookies available. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely refer this hotel to friends and family.

When we arrived the fitted sheet on the bed had stains and hairs on it, leading me to believe it had not been changed between guests. I called the front desk and requested clean sheets be sent up to the room (as I was fine to change the sheets myself just so we could go to sleep). The front desk worker made us come down to get them only to then insist he had to come into our room at 1am to take pictures of the dirty sheets. When he came in he spoke so loudly he woke our sleeping infant and then left us with sheets that were too small for the bed.

REALLY great place to stay! I was so proud of myself to have an awesome for such a reasonable price and it wasnt far from the conference that we were there for. I have never know that hotels have cribs for babies lol! And I honestly didnt believe that it was real...but at this place..IT WAS LOL!! I was so happy that we all got to sleep comfortably! I'm pregnant and my one year old would have been all over me and my husband. ALL STAFF WERE SO PLEASANT and those cookies at the front..ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!That really made my day because i was so hungry and yogurt was availabe as well! THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY. IT WAS SO CLEAN!!!

Our family stay for the weekend was great! Breakfast was the best we've had since Covid started! Service was great. The room was clean, but the bathrub was dated and the water drained very slowly when taking a shower. You don't get room service staying two nights, but we still had a great stay there.

We had a very restless first night with a noisy young family in the adjoining room - crying baby in the middle of the night and very noisy toddlers shrieking. We had an awful nights sleep as we didn't come prepared with ear plugs. We asked reception to please move us and they were very obliging and understanding - they moved us within an hour and had us in a new quieter room despite a full house. Breakfast was quite nice, the aircon in both our rooms seemed to function poorly and was quite noisy.

Really enjoyed staying here! Beautiful and clean hotel. Room was very nice and clean no issues at all. Definitely recommend for solo travelers as well as families. Breakfast was great and had a large selection. Only negative thing I have to say was the noise levels at night. Walls are a bit thin

Older rooms & noisy with kids running up & down the halls. Mold on wall in bathroom. Switched rooms but it is still older & not much $$ put into some renovations.
