Wasn’t sure what to expect, but was more than happy with our stay. The king suite (one room) with pull-out couch was perfect for our family of 4. The pool area was great with a great view of Asheville. We did call about the hot tub the week before and was told it was open, but it was under construction when we arrived…no big deal (it was 90 degeees out!). Will definitely be staying again for longer if we can.

The property is apartment style and set up nicely. It was quite a few kids out this weekend which caused it to not be as quiet as we would have liked.

Check in was terrible. We were given the key to a room that was occupied. We were concerned for our security and safety the entire stay after that. The noise level is inconceivable for a vacation. The unit above us was constantly moving furniture and kids running around. We never complain about our hotel stay but this was the worst.

The room was spacious and looked great! The heat worked extremely well. Nice little fireplace. Two bathrooms for the 5 of us was perfect! Looks like an apartment complex. My only critique is while booking no pet fee was stated and because you allow pets you must place trash bins outside so we can throw away the waste. Overall, my family loved it, we will come back!

The staff is friendly and the property is well maintained. It is conveniently located near both downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. Great for families and for anyone wanting room to stretch out. The full kitchen and en suite laundry are great amenities. I recommend and would stay again.
