I reserved this hotel due to the amazing reviews & now have to add to them. I traveled with a party of 7. 3 kids & 4 adults. From the moment we checked in they accommodated us. We checked in at midnight & greeted by Audrey/Aubrey(?). She was cheery & bright. Our adjoining rooms were spacious , clean & perfect for a 4 night stay. The breakfast was convenient & just enough to start off our day. Customer service was always served with a smile. Location was great. Easy to park & location was close to all our sights.

I was very impressed. I came with my husband and 2 young kids. The front hostess was so sweet and very accommodating. The free breakfast was incredible and the breakfast manager saw I was struggling with my kids and rushed over with a tray to help me. We will definitely be staying there again.

We appreciate having the coffee and hot chocolate station available 24 hrs. Sometimes, as a family, we reconnect at the lobby and those give us a boost all day long. The staff is very nice and accommodating too.

It was the perfect hotel for my family of 5 and very close to the Biltmore. I will stay here on our next trip to the Biltmore.

Very pleased with our stay, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable, always a great find when traveling. The pool was small, those with kids might be disappointed. But highly recommend, would stay here again

Loved the proximity to the BILTMORE. Also the classic clean linens and plenty of towels. Also breakfast oatmeal made like your mom’s when you were a kid.
