Very clean property and nice convenient location. Very comfortable for stay with family

I had a family member in the hospital and it was very convenient and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Overall we were happy with our stay but the indoor pool temperature was so cold it really wasn't usuable, which was a bummer for the kids. The room was clean, shower had good pressure, breakfast was good, beds comfy, etc.

I have stayed at this property twice before with no issues, this stay was quite different. The room smelled like strong air freshener when we checked in so I opened a window and was able to air it out, at 10:30pm I was awakened to a sound of a squirt of air and it was clear that they are automatically piping in the chemical air freshener. My child is allergic to many chemicals so I called the front desk. They told me they has no idea what was happening and if I had a problem I was welcome to “get kicked out”. The manager refused to even get on the phone to discuss the situation. Do not stay here if you are concerned about health or air quality. Also the staff rudeness was off the charts. There are a million of hotels in the area, go elsewhere.

It says indoor pool but the water is NOT heated! It was freezing cold. If you are planning family time in the pool it is not going to happen before summer.

Everything was perfect! Friendly staff, very clean/ comfortable rooms. Indoor pool was warm and hot tub was a big hit for the kid. Would highly recommend!

If you’re looking for something budget friendly but feels way better than that in Asheville this is the place to be. Location is convenient. The ambiance of this hotel is set from the moment you walk in. It smells amazing, the decor is new and dedicated to showing scenes from Asheville. The rooms are decently sized and you can’t really hear anything from inside them. The pool was warm like it said it would be and the hot tub worked like it was supposed to. The fitness room is directly facing the pool which is super convenient bc I was traveling with kids and they don’t always want to wait on me to finish my workout before jumping in. The beds could use a more comfortable mattress but that was honestly not worth discounting the review.

The room had a musty smell, the bed was lumpy, and the way the microwave was positioned the time shined in Mt eyes. The room was hard to regulate as far a temp was concerned. It made for restless nights, but I was there to visit family not for a swanky room. I felt safe and that's what mattered most to me.
