Home2 Suites by Hilton Asheville Biltmore Village

This was a great hotel for a family of 5.

Highly disappointed we didn’t get the room type we paid for. We needed an accessible room with a tub for a child with disabilities. We had to stay in a smaller room with just a shower. We were told the tub was clogged.

Although Asheville wasn’t quite what we thought it would be….this hotel is nice, clean and dog friendly. It’s hard for us to find a room that sleeps our family of 5, so the 2 queens and a pull out sofa were perfect! Would definitely stay there again!

Home2 Suites is our favorite hotel to stay in. My family has never been disappointed.

I have stayed here before, but the rest of my family haven't. They were blown away by how large the rooms were and everything they have to offer. Very close to Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville. Very pet friendly.

Loved having the kitchen so I could bring back leftovers and make breakfast. I didn't like how thin the walls were. Crying kids and screaming. Running up and down the halls was very annoying.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and really like the concept. However on my last visit some issues came up that make me rethink I might stay on my next visit. The wall thermostat did not work in my initial room. I then transferred to another room (a down grade since my room type was not available). No credit given for the reduced rate. My next room was good the first night however the next two nights were terrible due to the family with a young child in the room above me. For hours the child ran and jumped back and forth. The poor-quality of the building construction and lack of sound proofing was evident. Despite my complaining to the front desk the problem was not resolved and at that point I did not feel like changing rooms again. With the hotel less half full I don't understand why the hotel staff puts guests so closer to each other. With the low occupancy you would think they would lower the price on their rooms. We were initially considering staying an extra night but they wanted too much money for the extra night. At the end of our stay we were glad to get out of there and get back home.
