They house long term people with dogs that bark relentlessly and the staff can do nothing about it. Changing rooms because of the relentless barking, I missed dinner, had to move all belongings to another room that was an “upgrade,” however had extremely noisy traffic the bulk of the night on very busy Jericho turnpike. I was so exhausted after not sleeping my entire stay that I missed breakfast too, and had to go out late at night to find dinner, and then breakfast as well. I’ve been staying here for years when i come to town for work, and have been to many weddings here including my own family members. Sadly this hotel isn’t the same high level establishment that it used to be.

It's was an ok stay. A family member complained about the bed being hard and the pillows as well. The room was cold even though I turned up heat. The furniture is outdated with cracks. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
