The hotel is close to where we need to be to visit family. Its pretty clean, they have breakfast, the rooms are in decent shape, except the bathroom door didnt stay open and the shower disnt fully go to the shower head. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

This Hass to be my favorite hotel in Long Island. Very clean, plenty of amenities for both adults and children especially. Hands-down, my favorite hotel in Long Island.

Nice property. Very clean and convenient location. Dining within walking distance. La fitness is few steps away for gym goers. No issues. Stayed 2 nights with my kiddo.

My family was there for my Mothers' funeral. We accidently showed up a day earlier then the booking and the staff was able to still accommodate us for two rooms. The breakfast was good although the tables were wobbly. The room was comfortable but the staff failed to communicate that we were given an extra hour to check out. Also the water pressure was bad and toilet clogged.

My issue is what we get for the price. Turns out house keeping occurs every other day. Why are we not paying a reduced rate since employees are part time now. The hotel had the aroma of marijuana everywhere. I understand it is legal, but the smell is horrible and I thought smoking/vaping in rooms was against policy? Suffolk County and NY State also appear to house homeless and illegal immigrants there on the tax payer dime. Multiple times there was a family with their belongings along with a mother dog and 6 puppies in the lobby. Paying customers should be made aware of this situation at time of booking so we can decide if we are comfortable with staying there or not.

The hotel was great. The room was a good size with plenty of space with a toddler and a baby. What I didnt like is that no one informed us there was a fee for parking. We were charged for it but we didnt know about it until we checked out. It happened to my brother in law also. We were just asked to write down our make and model of the car but was not told there was a parking fee for each night, so that I didnt like.

Great hotel! The sink and shower were stopped up which was annoying but not really that big a deal. They accommodated my family in that they put us in adjoining rooms which was great! And great staff.
