My husband, daughter three grandkids and I visited Rochester to see the total eclipse. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was immaculate, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. They arranged an eclipse party outside, with food, drink, music, lawn games and a raffle. The kids had a great time, and made friends with other children staying at the hotel. I give the Rochester Hilton Garden Inn my highest recommendation.

The only issue I had was not being able to access conf rm or the bar area for my family to get together to watch football games prior to the wedding we were in town for. Now I did like that I was given and opportunity in another room however no cable or wifi available on the TV. Overall great stay.

The property isn't new, but is very well maintained. Staff are incedibly helpful and knowledgeable. On site resaurant was amazing (even catered to my picky child). Would give it 11/10.

The staff was excellent. Bianca checked me in and gave me details on the property & made me feel welcome. She even offered suggestions for my kids. All staff including front desk and the restaurant were great. The restaurant was good, especially the omelettes and burgers. The property is clean, pretty and quiet.

Beautiful hotel. My only complaint is that they charge $8 per person for continental breakfast where other hotels do not. They had very little food to choose from the unless we ordered from the full service menu. I paid $8 for a box of cherrios for my child. If you’re going to offer continental breakfast it should be free or offer more than cereal, muffins and fruit.
