The 24/7 drinks and snacks are amazing. Good for families. Location is good, very close to shops and restaurants. Hot breakfast included is definitely a plus.

In town visiting family; spent the rest of our visit at Woodcliff. Compared to that this place is a bargain and I wish we had spent the whole time here.

Absolutely a perfect stay here while visiting the university. The 24 hour snacks and coffee were a huge bonus and a hit with the family, the hot breakfast was amazing too! Really nice hot food and a good selection. The nicest surprise was a gas fire pit on the property, a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, much better than watching tv in the room.. The room was spotless and exactly as expected The lady at the front desk was super helpful in providing us with a corkscrew for our bottle, and a toothbrush in the morning my son had forgot his. There's nothing more we could have asked for in our overnight stay!

Spent a couple of days here as a family. Close to Strong museum and other major shopping stores. Good location.

We came here for visit our family, we like there breakfast it amazing!, very quiet, cozy, clean and safely place. We will definitely come back in future!!

The hotel in general was a bit run-down and in need of a renovation. Our room was big which was a positive thing but everything else in the room was not in good condition. Everything is old and one bed must have bed bugs or other bugs, it had bitten my family member and in the middle of the night, she was itchy and felt a bug on her that she immediately brush it away. Also, we found ants in the cabinet under the sink. We felt the room's cleanliness wasn't to standard. The bathtub was plugged and took forever to drain. We had to bring the pack n play up to our room by ourselves because they only had one person working which wasn't a problem but felt they were understaffed. The breakfast was very decent. I had no complaints and the staff was generally very friendly and helpful.

This unassuming place was a great choice for a family visit. The extensive hot breakfast that was included was impressive and the front desk staff could not have been more courteous and helpful--especially when I left my ipad behind. The called me immediately and were helpful about the return. It's a bit difficult to find the hotel and figure out the parking (signage could be better) but that's a small quibble. def staying on my next visit home

I liked that they accommodated us with a 1pm check-in. We had arrived early to join our family who has checked in the night precious. They were nice enough to get us the room earlier as it has already been cleaned. We were able to have our daughter nap and rest after the long drive. The 24/7 breakfast saved us a couple of times as well.

Super clean, quiet and very convenient property in Rochester. Spent a long weekend with my wife and grown kids for a graduation. Perfect property in every respect will be back.

Comfortable and spacious for a quick overnight. The room fit our family of 5 and it met our expectations overall.
