Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester-Victor/Fairport

We came up to visit family and had a great time. The staff was friendly and courteus. The room was very clean. The only down side was the mattress on the sofa bed. Other than that, we had a great stay!

A great hotel (and breakfast) for our family! Our favorite hotel chain!

The hotel has an amazing staff. The front desk Emani I must say has amazing customer service an asset to the company for sure. Her and Pratima were excellent when we arrived I had some issues with my stay and Emani was very deligent to solving the problem. I give this hotel and there staff a 10 out of 10. It’s a great place to stay with families. This was my second stay and will not be my last. The front desk, the breakfast staff amazing the man he is so attentive I didn’t get his name but he is so nice and attentive to all the guests. To the owners of this hotel keep your staff appreciate them because without them this review wouldn’t be possible. Take the time out to appreciate those that work hard recognize them and acknowledge them. Have a blessed day whomever reads this.

Rooms were clean, kids loved the pool, and we really enjoyed our stay! Lots of dinning/shopping options right near the hotel!

A beautiful hotel with great staff. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our grandkids. The breakfast in the lobby area was a hit with everyone.

Room 220 is right behind the elevator which is extremely loud. The coffee and towels in the room were not replenished from the previous guest. There was a hockey tournament so the pool and hot tub were packed with kids. Not the hotels fault but we did not use either amenity because of this. We also did not have breakfast because it was packed.

Our kids loved the swimming pool.

Perfect little pool for the kids and the room was clean .
