Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Rochester - Victor, an IHG Hotel

This was a one night family trip. We loved the pool and hot tub and that the hotel was close to everything in Victor. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good. We will definitely return.

Great breakfast, lots of space in dining area for families. Speedy check in and out. The only issue was our air conditioner was not working in room, but other than that, it was a nice stay.

I really only have 2 small concerns,the first is the pool was too full which,when kids were in there the pool skimmer covers would come off and i saw one small kid fall into the skimmer, the second was no supports holding up the mattresses. The box spring fall off the frame and i almost rolled right off the bed and it was like this on both beds.

My family and I had a great stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The commentary breakfast was very good. If I was going that way again I would stay there again. I would give 10 out of 10

This is my honest review for a two night stay. I want to add that I really do like my cleanliness and comfort more than maybe the typical person 😎 Pros: -Check in was a breeze -Super friendly staff -Amazing location 10-15 min drive to Rochester -Tons of stores and restaurants within minutes of the hotel -Included breakfast with a lot of options -Included WIFI -Included parking -Recent enough Reno done (I feel like it was a bit of a lipstick update but it’s not dated) Cons: -Pool was murky (couldn’t let my kids swim) -Our room was very damp feeling which came with a bit of a musty smell. Humid feeling even with the AC going. -i could tell the room was cleaned but unfortunately there were stray hairs from a man who shaved still in the sink which really grossed me out We would recommend this for a night. Maybe two but no more. A good place to stay if you are coming through and just need a place to sleep. This hotel is rated a 2 star but I would give it a 3.

No cinnamon buns this morning. That's a big deal to my kids. Can you keep pool open an extra hour?

My daughter and I often travel to this hotel. I choose it consistently because there very accommodating to my child and always want to make sure that she and I have a good visit. The pool is clean, the rooms are clean, the staff is very nice and pleasant and breakfast is quite good. I would highly recommend.
