Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites

Our family had 3 rooms on separate reservations. The hotel was enough on the ball & co-located the 3 rooms, 2 of which even had an adjoining door, without even requesting it. On check-in, they confirmed this was what we wanted. The building is a little bit off the highway and it's super quiet back there, no road or traffic noise. Breakfast was good & quick & 2 different coffee machines, a standard coffee station and the second is a gourmet capuccino type machine. My daughters really like the waffle machine, that makes 4 small waffles in a batch, instead of 1 large waffle at a time. Other than the smaller size waffles, I think it's the same waffle batter as the more common larger waffles, just smaller.

This is a very welcoming place. Special kudos for Joe who made the kids waffles in the morning and changed the television channel from news to their favorite cartoon show. The pool was great and we were very happy with the price too.

Overnight stay to visit a friend. got there early and the guy at the front desk got us our room to so we could be able to change. he was excellent. very helpful. the breakfast attendant was TOP NOTCH. he was a riot. friendly and was really good with kids.

We really enjoyed our trip here. It was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. My kids thought the indoor pool was a little small but it was fine for what we needed. Staff was very friendly.

We had several family members stay here for a recent family reunion . This hotel was excellent in every way , but the staff are what really makes it superior to anywhere we have stayed . They went the extra mile several times to help my family members. I would highly recommend Best Western Victor .

Connecting with family, doing some shopping & a steak house dinner. Rainy weather made up look forward to ending the evening with a relaxing swim in the pool at 7 pm.. Turns out it was closed! We weren't given a reason or if it would be open any time soon. The rooms on either side of us had "loud" discussions till the wee hrs & ran their TVs " all night" which we could hear in our room! The breakfast was excellent & the gentleman setting up was very pleasant & accommodating. Highlight of our stay.

Very attentive & friendly staff. The room and common areas were very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Extra credit goes to the gentleman who prepared the food and who is the general caretaker! He treated the guests like family.

Check in was quick and great. Staff was super friendly. The pool was surprisingly warm. Breakfast was fantastic. The man that was running breakfast was exceptionally nice. He even offered to run the juice machine for my kids after breakfast was over. Everyone was so kind. The hotel was very clean. I would be happy to stay there again.
