The breakfast and the employees were helpful. The biggest issue is the fact that the pool was not open until 6pm. The pool closes at midnight. These times don't work for a family. The weather was hot and the pool is one of the main reasons why we booked the location. We were told they needed a part to fix an issue related to the temperature or humidity of the pool area. No matter what the issue was, the lack of pool hours was a real negative when you have multiple children excited about swimming and when a family needs an easy activity. Management should rethink how they are handling this situation.

A bit disappointed that pool was not working and washer/dryers were not working. A week at a baseball tournament with kids these things are a must. Very convenient location

This hotel is suitable for couples, families, or those traveling alone. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to all of the local attractions. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of choices from a variety of cereals to warm foods.

dissapointing. I booked this hotel because it has an indoor pool. However, not only is the pool closed by the health department. the warning sign includes a $250.00 fine for entering the pool area. Since we were visiting family members and planned to meet at the pool, this was not possible. Also, the bathroom sink in our room was barely draining / clogged. Again. not what I expected. I reported my displeasure to the front desk, but no accommodation/price adjustment was offered, although I asked. I have photos of the sign and clogged sink but could not load them below.

We visited the town on November as a group of family and friends. The hotel was calm and staff friendly.

Advertised pool and hot tub could not use only after 6 o’clock very disappointing for my children and myself to use the hot tub during the day paid a lot of money for stuff I could use should get a rebate definitely won’t
