Mary and all of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. This hotel made our stay in Oneonta super easy and convenient. I would recommend to anyone with families or kids, all ages will enjoy their stay at the Hampton Inn Oneonta!

I called and made a reservation because I have a big family, but wanted the whirlpool bath so I rented the king bed room with the couch, and I asked for a roll away cot. As we were getting ready for bed I called down for the cot and the guy working stated they were out if cots and when I said I specifically made a reservation for this he suggested we get a extra blanket and pillow and someone could sleep on the floor. We never did get the cot, the couch ended up pulling into a bed so we had 3 people sleeping on their couch.

Stayed for a weekend...staff was friendly and helpful, the kids enjoyed the pool and the included breakfast was great (lots of choices, fruit was fresh)! Will definitely stay again. Thanks Hampton Inn!
