Our family was in the area to visit the nearby caverns attraction. Price was reasonable, smelled good, looked clean, receptionist was pleasant and informative. There was a pool table in/ near the entrance and lobby, which is nice to see something to do. We did not end up using it because the place we went out to eat also had one.. The room was clean the window can be opened. Furniture, bathroom etc were in good condition. Overnight, it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was muffins and fruit cups, coffee, OJ. The coffee was good, and still available after breakfast ended.

First off the photos of the property are digitally enhanced which was obvious as soon I as I arrived. Second, be forewarned there are a large number of people who actually live in the the hotel as their primary residence who from after talking to the locals are placed by social services. This creates a certain element that does not make a family feel safe. There is no way I would ever return to this place!

The room was perfect for my family! My husband and I shared a bed, my 6’1” son had his own bed and my 13 year old said the pullout couch was so comfortable he thought he was sleeping in his own bed. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

The reason for booking this hotel was the distance away from Cooperstown which the site stated as 23 miles. I did not check this before booking and the room is non-refundable. Google maps and mapquest both put it between 32 and 37 miles (depending on the route). When we got there we found out that it was going to take us twice as long to get to a wedding that we were attending in town. It also put us much farther away from our friends and family that were also attending. Overall the hotel was okay. I feel we paid too much considering the location and amenities. Breakfast is only toast and cereal and the town of Cobleskill has very little to do (although I think I saw a small movie theater).

I wasn't happy with your internet ,because I couldn't connect to it for my business work that I couldn't complete while I was tghere visiting family and friends.
