Holiday Inn Express Oneonta, an IHG Hotel

My child got sick the day we were supposed to check in, with flu and vomiting. Stressful enough while going in college tours. This Hotel would not refund my money and manager was quite rude on the phone. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They don’t understand emergencies happen.

Great continental breakfast. Small pool but noone was in it but is so the kids loved it. Close to lots of food and things to do for a family.

As a travel baseball family x5 boys this was by far the best we’ve stayed at. The staff is amazing and the attention to detail does not go unnoticed. We stayed for a week as our son was playing baseball at All Star Village. The baseball decorations were a fun touch.

Everything was great until our windshield in our van cracked and we had to wait on our vehicle to be ready. One of the employees told us we had to be out by 11 and our vehicle wasn’t ready. So my daughter and grand children put all our luggage we packed for two weeks travel under a tree outside the hotel and it was hot. After I got upset and spoke with another employee and he seen the big crack in the windshield he offered them to stay in the conference room until I got back with the vehicle. I’ve never been put out of a hotel without a late checkout Ex specially with our situation! Was having a hard time getting a vehicle and on top of everything I was 😞
