The main reason we choose this property for our stay was for the indoor pool. When we checked in I was told that the pool was and has been out of order. It would have been nice to be told this when making the reservation. The front desk clerk said that the pool has been out of service. If that is the case then they should not say they have a pool for their guests. They should list that the pool is out of order. I would have taken my family some place else that had a pool which is one reason why we went there.

We didn’t get there that late and no one was at the front, we had to call for someone who came out of the office. The place is clean and nice. The pool is too cold to use, even for my kids who love the pool. They ran out of pool towels, but gave me some at the front. They only have one roll away bed that was in-use by the time we got there. Breakfast was only okay.

The hotel and the service was good the only issue was I called a week before my stay and I ask them if the 2 rooms I booked can be closed or at the same floor and they say ok and when I get there with my family they give us one room in the first floor and the second room in the 3 floor and I told them I called before to request de room closed and he say he don’t have because they having 2 weeding guess that nigh and they don’t have enough rooms even I called them a week before and paid the rooms too

One night stay before we went back upstate everything was great minus not having tv for the kids but breakfast was hot and good and room had plenty of space for me my husband and 2 kids to not feel cramped up would stay again

3 night stay in 2 rooms for family funeral. People were VERY friendly and helpful. Property felt safe, in a good neighborhood with little traffic. Rooms, hallways elevator dated and stained. Beds aren’t terribly comfortable. Rooms had an odor. Walls are thin, easy to hear talking in the next room.
