Hampton Inn by Hilton Middletown

I was just there overnight but I felt very safe and secure since I was traveling by myself. I had met my family at Legoland for the day and then spent the night before heading to Long Island.

10/10! Super close to whatever you need, comfy beds and beautiful atmosphere. Perfect place to bring the kids after Legoland 😁

Everything is good, clean , has everything you need. Including USB ports, which are always nice with kids.

Similar to other properties in their portfolio. Good value for families. Please keep the complimentary breakfast. It helps.

I had the most amazing relaxing stay at this hotel. Where do I start?! The front desk was very helpful and quickly solved a small error at check in. The housekeeping staff was my favorite of all. Everyday they knocked on my door and made sure I had all I needed. The cleaniness of the room was above and beyond. Judith and Adriana were so amazing and their work ethics were very professional and hospitable. I had a few encounters with them both in the hallways and in the food bar. They were always making sure the people had everything they needed. The daytime maintenance guy during my stay was very helpful as well. Super friendly and always had a smile on his face. All the staff worked together so well. Coffee was always made fresh and the utensils and extras were always stocked well. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. They do such a well job keeping up with this hotel. Thank you to all the staff that made my stay memorable during my school intensives!

I stayed for four nights on a business trip. There were cobwebs in the corner of the room. It’s close to Legoland so the summer attracts a lot of parents with young children. A prior guest left a Lego toy on the mirror frame, and despite repeated requests the mirror was never cleaned, the cobwebs remained because the housekeeping was careless and the management indifferent. There was no closet space. There’s a steel bar and pegs to hang your clothes on. The shower was grungy with grime in the corners. Nail pops in the shower ceiling. The place was down in the heels and dirty. The breakfast was very poor. Very wet scambled eggs, very pale and apparently undercooked Turkey sausage. They did have cereal and toast, juice and coffee. Because of the overall dirtiness and poor housekeeping I didn’t eat anything. I won’t stay there again.

We had an easy stay here - it was only one night but the outdoor pool and free breakfast made it easy to feed and entertain the kids!

Everything was good but the carpet in our room reeked of mildew or whatever it was but the vacuum they are using needs a serious filter change and the carpet needs a deep cleaning. We tolerated it because we were only staying for 1 2 days and 1 night so we just made do with it. Other then that the kids loved the pool. The breakfast was ok. Not a fan of the eggs but the food overall a pass on being pleasant and filling to our needs as a family of 4. Love the fact the restaurants were right next door.
