Homewood Suites Stewart Airport

Room was big. Ac didnt work well to cool off room but it was abnormality hot at the time of year we were there. Would stay again. Pool and hot tub were hits for the kids.

Nice hotel for my family of four to enjoy a getaway. Pool and hottub was a big hit!

Great staff. Close to family so will stay here again.

We were a party of four families gathered for a birthday celebration. The hotel itself was welcoming, had coffee and tea available which we really appreciated after traveling! The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food and it was plentiful. We would stay here again!! Some of our group enjoyed the pool and hot tub!!

While looking for a business hotel close to Stewart airport the Orange County Chamber recommended the Homewood Suites @ Stewart Airport and I must say it felt like home. Check-in was easy as Renee at the front desk had the pass key in my hand within seconds. In the lobby, I was distracted by the warmth of the fireplace, and the laughter of the guests watching the World Cup on the TV, so I took a few minutes to hang out there. I opened my door and was surprised at how large the room was, the well-stocked kitchen area (if I knew I would have brought food to cook) the living room with the big screen TV, and the bedroom complete with a desk to complete the stack of work I brought with me. I took a break at dinner time since it was Wednesday night and the hotel offers a free mixer to meet other guests and enjoy cheese and crackers, soup and salad along with wine, spirits, and soda. I was so impressed with the clean lines of the hotel that after my swim and dip in the hotel hot tub and pool, Renee introduced me to the manager so I could share my impressions personally. I planned to thank Nicole (Director of Sales) for the unexpected upgrade when she told me all the rooms were like mine, and they were even doing further renovations, impressive. Nicole and Renee thank you for making a business trip feel like a family visit. I guess they not only made me feel special, but it turns out this hotel makes every guest, special. I love this hotel so much, I joined the Marriot Club

Expensive room that was advertised as sleeps 5. Problem is that is sleeps 4 max. Guy during checkin was the only good thing about the stay. No toilet paper in the room. Took an hour and a half to get one roll. Asked for a couple of towels same thing. I tried to ask a few house keepers and kept hearing “No English” as they walked by. The ac unit was loud when it would click on. Settled on being warmer than I like versus the noise. The bed sheets were horrible. I looked before I left to see how they could be so bad. They were using the mattress pad as either the blanket or the sheets. I understand that some rooms have kids but I am confident they held a soccer tournament in the “suite” above ours. They seemed to have a 7am game and didn’t stop til after midnight.

Finally a hotel that gets it when it comes to their indoor pool...it was heated to 88 degrees! Warm--kids loved it...we loved it. New building. Great breakfast presentation....loved the white chocolate raspberry scones with my tea. Very comfortable rooms. They do need a sign right near the Stewart Airport sign to point the way.

Was clean, easy to get to, friendly staff, and just what we needed for our family!
