Stopped here on our way to Canada. Hotel is clean and perfect for a stop for a family of 4 at a decent price. Free coffee i. The morning and even an inside pool.

The positive was the beds where very comfortable The negative horrible experience was that the pool wasn’t open and we didn’t know until kids where in bathing suites and heading to the pool door ! Also people smoked on the balcony and it smelled in the hallways , my son is allergic to smoke super asthmatic . On the way out someone’s dog pooped in the hallway. I felt like we stayed in a low class hotel

That has to be the tiniest elevator I've ever been on in a hotel/motel/inn/B&B! It was very difficult for 2 people with suitcases to fit and/or maneuver. Whenever I travel with my aging father, it's really nice to be able to travel in the same elevator...this one made it difficult. LOVED the rooftop deck...was able to see the sun rise above the lake. Accessibility to local attractions and restaurants was EXCELLENT! The diner at the bottom of the hill (IKAROS) had INCREDIBLE selection and SUCCULENT FOOD! VERY worth the money paid...and have actually RAVED about this place to all my friends/family who have upcoming travel plans in the area. No breakfast served is kind of a downer...the bag selections are not diabetic friendly so we ended up passing on it, but some people need to take morning medications and need food to do so. Might need to reconsider these choices for future travelers.

I stayed here when dropping my child off at summer camp. I was hesitant going in, but I would absolutely stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were perfect. The location was convenient to local stores and restaurants. The pool was cold, and could use another cleaning, but overall was in great shape.

Very bummed that the pool was not open, nor were any breakfast options as advertised. There was no notice about the pool until we arrived and that was the whole reason we booked this spot. The front desk staff at check in was very friendly and accommodating, especially when we had to switch rooms because our first one smelled so badly of smoke that even the kids complained.

This was a stop over stay for us on a family vacation. We stayed a the Red Roof Inn prior to a few nights in NHC which made me appreciate RRI even more! For what we paid at our hotel in NYC, it was dingy, dated and not worth its value. RRI, however, was clean and the staff was so helpful and accommodating in all regards.
