Only made service Once in three days, Its nuts to spend over $200 + a night and no maid service so reuse your towels and no in room coffee refilled until the maid came, we were busy visiting family and it was a holiday came back with food and no microwave in room to reheat your food, very disappointing stay!

The room was clean as expected. The HVAC did not work. Only the fan would run. The room was very warm and uncomfortable. We didn't realize this until after bedtime. At that point I'm not waking up the kids to move rooms. The bathroom was under repairs. The ceiling drywall had repairs made but not painted. Additionally the ceiling had gouges in the drywall and needed repairs. The shower glass was missing silicone and would leak onto the bathroom floor. Overall a disappointment for us. Not what I expected from a Courtyard hotel. The front desk was very apologetic the next morning.
