The lady at the reception counter was absolutely amazing. She had a great sense of humor, was super friendly and beyond accommodating. The rooms were very large and the pool was great for all of the kids.

I have family in the area and this is Hotel is one of the best in the area for the price. It's a little off the beaten path but easily accessible to major highways in the area and tons of restaurants and shopping in the Camillus or nearby areas. Breakfast options are great and varied with something for everyone. Staff was pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. Thanks!

I was staying here for a work trip. I paid extra to stay at this hotel because it had a pool, rather than staying with the rest of the staff. The pool was closed for renovations and I did not find this out until after my husband and two year old drove two hours to stay there SPECIFICALLY because my daughter loves to swim. No sign at check in, nothing in my paperwork. We got up at 7:30 to swim before I had to go to my event and walked by three hotel employees in our bathing suits and no one said a word. We had a very upset toddler and they didn't offer anything.

We've stayed here before- it's our preferred hotel when in Syracuse, which is a few times a year. Once again the room was great and the breakfast good. The only "bad" thing was there were only a couple towels out in the pool; I asked for more, as did another family when they came in, but my family ended up having to share towels by the time they were done swimming. However, this was an isolated incident and I wouldn't let it affect my rating for this hotel!

Needed a hotel for one night with 4 children ...fantastic choice!!! Great pool and hot tub...kids loved the beakfast the next morning...much to choose from ...we didnt leave hungry..the staff was extremely helful and friendly...I would def. stay here again!...also Marks Pizzeria delivered and it was delish!!

For a place that is in the middle of nowhere, it is very close to DT syracuse. Front desk service was amazing. Our room was ok, there was a pop can left over from previous people. Our fridge was not working. There were a lot of children the weekend of August 20-21, 2011. They were in the pool and hot tub all day/afternoon. The water was very dirty afterwards and not bareable. I would still recommend this hotel.
