Once sincere employee made our stay enjoyable. Peter, one of the front desk attendants went out of his way for me and my family by keeping the breakfast area open past the scheduled close just to make sure that our needs were met. He is the most pleasant person and truly enjoys people.

Once we got to the room and unpacked we decided to unfold the sofa into a bed for my son.... Much to my surprise there was a large area of MOUSE DROPINGS AND URINE STAINS ON THE MATTRESS...... I approached the front desk and explained what i saw in the room and asked "the manager" to take a look at the room. She stated that she doesn't need to go anywhere and that's NOT her department...that's housekeeping she excused..... She did send me to another room that she refused to check in person but did allow me to make sure there was no mouse crap in this new room before moving my family there... WOW WHAT AMAZING SERVICE room 114 had the mouse droppings with a side a urine in case anyone cares to check that it has been clean.......

The foreign family in the room next door were fighting physically and yelling and screaming and slamming doors half the night so we had to leave.

I would definitely recommend a stay here, and I’m sure at some point I will go back myself. The only downfall I found was the lack of trays in the breakfast room making it near impossible to bring your meal back to your room to enjoy if the entire family isn’t awake at the close of breakfast (9am weekdays), which mine was not, so I was forced to juggle breakfast upstairs for my husband, who had arrived after 1am with my one year old in tow, and while wearing a brace on my right hand/wrist. Ended up spilling syrup everywhere in the hall, and into our room. That’s my only complaint/suggestion. Other than that, we loved the place.

The hotel was just ok. The front desk staff was unprofessional. They were dressed in jeans and hoodies and one evening a snow cap. It was difficult to determine who was staff and who was a guest. The continental breakfast is toast, bagels and pancake machine. The rooms were not very clean. The windows were cover in hand prints and smears. They were so dirty. We attempted to use the pullout sofa and were told they would not make it for us. We could do it ourselves and handed us sheets and blanket. We asked for pillows for it and we’re told no they didn’t have any. The mattress was so bad we ended up folding it up and my daughter slept on the couch itself. The furniture is well used and tired looking. There were smear handprint on the headboard that matched the windows. Mismatched pillows that were flat. I’d say we just had a bad room but being here with several other families there rooms were all the same. We had two different bath towel size. Toddler sized and adult sized. Rugs were in need of being cleaned. I would have requested my room be cleaned but we found the front desk staff unfriendly and unapproachable. I did request additional towels from housekeeping and they were very friendly and accommodating.
