Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Verona

Nice property. Great staff! Our room was facing the highway and apparently that is not where you want to be. You can hear every car or motorcycle driving alll night long and if you are a light sleeper will keep you up all night. The staff switched us out to a room facing the parking lot which was way nicer and quieter. Good job! The pool was closed out whole 5 night stay which was disappointing for our small child that was looking forward to swimming.

First, nowhere does it say on websites that, this hotel is a No Party, No Alcohol in room and no children at pool hotel. I had to sign waivers that were not copy right waivers from Bonvoy or Marriott upon arrival. I am a Bonvoy and Marriott premier customers. This place has made up rules and a lazy staff. I asked 3 days in a row for towels and cleaning and nothing, phone in room had no buttons to call front desk, hotels front desk and hotel in general, phones were out of order for 2 days, you could not call this hotel from the casino for a shuttle back, on last day finally received linens and was told they only clean rooms and replenish coffee supplies every 7 days, regardless of the waiver for the pool, it was out of service and not available anyway. Our suite was in rough shape needs tile work, drywall work and rug cleaning. This hotel is a gold mine seconds from Turning Stone Casino with a great shuttle staff to and from the casino, if it was run by Marriott or Bonvoy but whatever these employees are doing here is nothing I have experience ever by Marriott. Also bring water they charge $2 plus a bottle of water, no water in rooms available and soft drinks are double the price of the local gas stations. And food for thought this hotel is still operating on COVID 19 protocol and COVID 19 is no longer a thing in the United States.

We stayed overnight for a last minute "daycation". The lady at the front desk was polite and very welcoming.And that's great, since my family and I went to hershey park and the people there, in the walmart, the park, the mcdonalds..were all rude. This hotel was great! the service was wonderful, the employees were polite and helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good as well. My daughters enjoyed the muffins and the exercise room. We would definitely return :)
