Door did not lock-had to wait for repair and thus lunch plans with family were affected TV remote not working Refrigerator was not cooling lost food No seating in room other than a desk chair-very uncomfortable

We chose this property because we had our dogs with us. This hotel is extremely dog friendly. We would have stayed at the Stone but they don’t allow dogs. We saved a ton of money on a room that we were never in, to play at the casino. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was super clean and updated, breakfast was great….The shuttle bus to the casino was a huge plus- not having to drive. We will definitely stay here again when golfing and visiting family.

We enjoyed pool and gym, Patios were the highlight. the family had a great time meeting new family we were there for a graduation. And the staff was helpful with all our needs, i have stayed at many hotels i do it for a living but it ranks high on my Top Ten.

The design was beautiful, we enjoyed the indoor pool. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. It was inconvenient for us as a family that the bathroom doors don't lock. One of the rooms had poor water pressure but I didn't report it to the staff, perhaps it could have been easily solved. It would have been nice to have a dryer available.
