Our family had an amazing trip to New York. The Pearl Hotel was a welcomed haven after a long days of events. We will return next year!

Our second stay at The Pearl and we won’t stay anywhere else in NYC. AMAZING staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel like family. Best location, comfy beds.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Went with my husband and two kids (12 & 16). We had the two queen suite with a pull out couch. Super friendly and helpful staff and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. They also had wine at 6pm, but didn’t try it. Beds we’re comfortable and the room and bathroom was spacious.

We stayed as a family of four. The hotel bedroom was large and quiet considering the hotel is located in Times Square. The hotel is kept very clean and all staff were polite and friendly. An excellent location from which to wallk to most areas. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff here are wonderful! Each one is attentive and friendly. I don’t have one negative thing to say about them. They were so so helpful and eager to make sure I had what my family and I needed. It was perfect walking distance to food, Time Square and all of the Broadway theaters. If you’re going for the shows like I did, stay here! The hotel rooms were super clean and smelled refreshing. My only complaint is that the mattresses were kinda worn. We stayed 3 nights and by the 3rd night I was a little uncomfortable. I did notice they were replacing several during my stay so I’ll assume they’re currently working on this.

I was blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were at this hotel. My daughter lost her baby blanket of 10 years and the staff went above and beyond to help us locate it. Wow - they were wonderful!

Fantastic place to stay if you want to be close to lots of attractions in New York. Despite being close to Times Square and Broadway, it never felt like a noisy area. Upon arrival the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was a decent size and comfy for my family with the added bonus of a fridge and tea making facilities. Breakfast was the only area that wasnt fantastic - continental breakfast was provided which was fine but everything was served on paper plates and felt a bit budget and not too eco friendly. A little more effort in this area would make such a difference, such as providing more condiments for the bagels. But you're in New York so half the fun is going out and having a stack of pancakes! Would definitely recommend to families visiting the area. Thanks!

Pros: Great location. Walked across the street to see Book of Mormans. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice decor. Cons: Breakfast is included but save your appetite for all the great food in NYC! The restaurant was closed so no room service. No pool so if you have kids, be sure to set expectations. The beds were too soft for my taste. Need an additional makeup mirror in the bedroom. There were 3 of us staying in one room and the lack of mirrors/lighting in the bedroom required us all to get ready in the bathroom.

Great location to everything. A little pricey for what you get. Quick continental breakfast is included and that could help if traveling with a family
