Hotel staff were amazing! They helped my family navigate the city when we visited for the first time. Bell staff, navigators, wait staff in the hotel lounge. All outstanding!

I have stayed at the Renaissance multiple times and have never had an issue until this recent stay. I addressed the issue and the supervisor was compliant. I would definitely stay there again. This is my favorite Hotel in New York. I would recommend this Hotel to my family and friends.

Perfect location! Super clean. Spacious rooms. I was disappointed w the kids screaming next door to us, we asked to move rooms, and they moved us without telling us it was an essential down grade. The room we had was a walk in shower the room we got was a tub that had water up to my ankles…. Good staff, cool little bar with views. I’d stay there again! Just bummed that it was a room swap that didn’t work out so well…

Wonderful hotel at the center of Times Square. In all directions there is something to do, and when you are ready for a good rest or an amazing dinner in the R-Lounge just come back to this amazing hotel with the nicest staff and comfortable areas to sit and enjoy the view. The lounge, breakfast buffet, rooms, cleaning, and location is what made my first trip to NYC the best that I could have ever imagined! My kids and I loved it. Thank you Renaissance!

The flooring in the room was super cheap laminate and it was peeling up around the edges of the room. The bathroom door was frosted glass. While it gave SOME privacy you had to turn on the TV to drown out any noises as it was not a true privacy door. The location was great (if you're looking for lots of activity around you) and the room was quite soundproof from the hustle and bustle outdoors. The huge step UP to get out onto the balcony was a bit much if you have small kids or older / disabled people. Not much thought put into the room design in my opinion.

I love the great communication with the staff, they always reply right away with their App, very friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the location, right at the time square. You have to try the steak at the bar :). Our family arrived at Saturday afternoon, was heading out for food, it scared us how busy the time square was, however you get used to it quickly, that’s the reason why we choose this hotel, right? Otherwise it gets louder and noisy later night, bring your ear plugs:)

Everyone was polite except one employee at the restaurant. It was clean. Great gym. And secure for a single mom with kids on a vacation.
