M Social Hotel Times Square New York

Our stay at M Social was very enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, everything went smothly. Check-in was great; the room was clean and large to New York standard. The bed was ultra comfortable, the room was quiet which helped me sleep like a baby literally every night of my stay. The most outstanding part of our stay however was the housekeeper assigned to the 17th floor where our room was located. Cindy is a gem. She did her job with the upmost dedication and was real helpful the days she was on shift. All staff members were courteous and friendly but Cindy stood us as a shining star. Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

Nice hotel to stay with family

We were very impressed with the hotel. The staff in every area were so friendly. We have 6 in our family (kids 16-22). The views were great from the outdoor area. The rooms were fairly big size for NY. The only issue was that we stayed on the 9th floor and the music in the bar was really loud until about midnight. We did bring a sound machine so that helped. I would recommend if staying city view to stay on upper floors.

The staff is always wonderful! This is our 3rd stay in 2023 and it remains a family favorite with my kids.

This was our dirst stay at M Social in NYC. I booked two rooms to accommodate our family including three young children. The hotel staff were so welcoming, we arrived at 1pm and were immediately given our rooms which were next to another.. We were able to get into our rooms freshen up and make it to our 4pm reservation with Santa! The next day M Social stored our bags, we walked to all the lovely Christmas sights on 5th avenue and Rockerfeller Center. Breakfast at the wonderful Stardust Cafe was just a few steps away. When we returned for our bags at 5 pm the person who checked out our bags offered to call a taxi for us! We will defitely stay at M Social again

Great hotel! Perfect location to times square (literally right around the corner). Great views, clean updated hotel. Had great bar, outside seating with views of times square, along with plenty of games and activities for your kids. Will be staying here again on our next trip for sure!

Water dispenser in the corridor was broken. Lobby was great, nice and cosy. Did not try the breakfast, expensive when you are a family. Super location in the heart of Manhattan.

The taxi gift for children at check in was excellent. The view was great from the room (of Time Square) and the bar view outside was amazing!!

Our room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the vibe of the lobby. Plenty of comfy seating (couches), hotel market had the necessities and yummy snacks, and my kids enjoyed the game area. Location was amazing and suited for what we came to experience in the city. You’re right in Times Square, we had a 8-10 minute walk to Rockefeller Center for skating, Fao Schwartz and taking in the holiday decorations! Angeline’s right across from the hotel is a must! Also loved Bibble and Sip for my kids. Would stay again.

I took my daughter into the city for her 10th birthday. I had called ahead numerous times to set up a special surprise for our arrival, and even just the day before was told all was set. We get to the hotel and upon check in I learn the person I have been in contact with was off or out for the day but was assured all was set up. We got to our room and there was absolutely nothing there. 5 minutes after we got to our room the day manager whose name I cannot mention in my review, but he knows…and the head of security came to our room and asked to come in and check the in room safe as apparently the guest who checked out the night before had left stuff in the safe. There was over $2,000 worth of stuff in there and we gladly let them do what they needed, as they were leaving I asked if the surprise was still on and he said yes. Now we are on the way out to a broadway show and I stopped at the desk and talked to a tall woman with greyish blond hair who said she spoke with her manager and said that’s not something that they were going to do. I was beyond disappointed. I had been told on multiple occasions that this was going to happen, I offered to pay for any of it if needed and was assured that it was fine, and then I simply got a dismissal from this woman like we were not worth her time. My daughter even said she was like a Disney villain looking down her nose at us. I do not recommend this hotel to any families or anyone who wants to be treat like you matter even a little bit.
