Amazing Gem of a hotel steps from Times Square. Room was cozy and fun with the view down on 8th Ave. (complete with Sirens and street noise) Staff were friendly in every aspect Great service in the cafe also. Overall great experience with the family.

We travelled as a family of 4 and this property was lovely. Super easy walk to the park, Times Square, and the Subway.

We stayed for three days at the Toner Hell’s Kitchen and we absolutely LOVED it!! Very unique, artsy and different. Great size of room and we were a family of four. Very stylish and great location. Parking was excellent as it is covered, valet and not too expensive. We would love to live at this property!!

Our room was next to the elevator, room 221, and it was very noisy especially at night as my family and I had a hard time sleeping. Also, very rowdy people that arrived at late hours at light, Friday and Saturday night. There should be a sign to let the guests know to keep it down when they arrive back to their hotel room or the staff should advise the guests not to make noise at late hours at night.

My family had a great time at Romer Hell's Kitchen. It was a calm, clean, and relaxing place to return to after busy days walking around the city. There are lots of great restaurants in the area, it's near lots of shopping and tourist attractions like Broadway, and it's right on the blue subway line making it easy to get to the airport and around town. We would strongly recommend it to anyone!

A few quirks as it's so new but generally a great option for NYC. Close to great restaurants, good sized room with a super-comfortable bed and pillows and friendly helpful staff. In our room (may be different in others) - could do with a coffee machine and/or kettle along with a work or table space as the TV takes up all the available surface space. Also, there was no full height hanging in the wardrobe, half of which was taken up with fridge and safe cabinet. The connecting doors could do with a bit more soundproofing, especially if there's a family in the room next door as there was on our first night. Generally though, we were happy and would definitely stay here again.

We chose Romers for our family trip. The rooms were plenty big and quiet. The staff was friendly and I loved that we could easily walk to so May areas. Some of the restaurants just one block back became our favorites of the trip.
The design and style were very nice.
I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a a high traffic, touristy area. Good bang for our buck. Brought family and they were quite comfortable here.

I enjoyed the stay here! It’s a beautiful boutique, and love details of the decorations!
The space it’s also big enough to open the two 29 inches suitcase, and accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in a room. The front desk is kind and polite!
The only problem we met would probably that the bottle that could use to refill the water which has good intension, had already been opened which weren’t sealed! I’m just concerning about the health problem if someone has drink from the bottles? So I think it would be good to give a new bottles at least when people check in, not leave the old bottles there.

The hotel met a lot of expectations for a New York hotel of this caliber. It’s stylish, has friendly/great service, and is clean. It I also exceeded a lot of expectations. Having traveled to NYC hotels of similar quality before, I was prepared for a small room, a bathroom small enough to wash your hands while sitting on the toilet, and street noise. Instead, the hotel was quiet, rooms were relatively spacious (for New York), and it had a full-size bathroom. It was also quiet (we were on a higher floor, but I suspect it’s not too bad down low either). The location was also awesome—close to everything, but just a few blocks removed so as to not feel like we were in the middle of the action. This hotel was a definite win for our family travel and would be a go to for business as well!
